MaFé Bento began with a single mom and her two children, starting anew in a foreign land. The first bento she made was for her kids, a small act of love and comfort during a time of great change. That simple meal soon became a way to share warmth with others, one box at a time.
The name “MaFé” combines the founder’s name, Maya, with "fé" - the French word for “faith.” It stands for belief, resilience, and love, the values that shaped the very first bento and continue to guide everything we do today.
