1. How do I order MaFé Bento?
You can place your order directly on our website, or via WhatsApp.

2. What are your delivery charges?
Free delivery for orders above $120.
We provide a flat delivery fee of $15 per location for order below $120.
For self-pick up (Lau Pa Sat):

Please note: During rainy weather, peak hours, or festive seasons, delivery may be slightly delayed or advanced. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Is self-collection available?
Yes. For large orders, self-pickup from our outlet can be arranged with advance notice.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
• Individual orders: From 1 bento
• Group / corporate orders: Typically 10–20 bentos depending on delivery location (flexible arrangements available)
5. How many days in advance do I need to place an order?
• Same-day orders: Please order at least 2 hours in advance
• Group / monthly / event orders: Ideally 1–3 days in advance to ensure fresh preparation and delivery scheduling
Please note: To ensure freshness, all bentos are prepared upon order.
6. What are your delivery areas and times?
We currently deliver to most areas in Singapore, including:
• CBD, business districts, and selected residential areas
• Delivery hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00AM – 7:00PM
(Timing will be confirmed upon order)
7. What is your Late Delivery Compensation Policy?
At MaFé Bento, we value your time. For every 1 minute of delivery delay, you will receive $1 store credit as compensation. The credit will be applied to your account within 1–2 working days, valid for 6 months with no minimum spend.
Please note: Compensation only applies to delays caused by our operations, not external factors like weather or traffic.

9. What types of bento meals do you offer?
We specialise in multi-national fusion bentos, including:
• Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Mexican
• Indian, Singapore-Malaysia-Thai, Indonesian, Western light meals
• Vegetarian sets and breakfast meals
Every meal is freshly prepared with natural ingredients and no processed foods.
10. Do you offer group catering for companies, schools, hospitals, churches, or events?
Yes! We provide services for group clients such as:
• Daily delivery / Monthly meal plans
• Custom catering for meetings and events
• Functional bento boxes tailored to specific nutritional needs

11. Do you offer vegetarian or special dietary options (e.g. low-salt, low-sugar)?
Yes. We provide healthy vegetarian meals and can adjust meals upon request, e.g. low-sodium, low-oil, no garlic/chili, etc.
Please let us know your preferences when placing your order.
12. Do your meals contain allergens?
At Mafe Bento, we take food safety seriously. While we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and label our ingredients accurately, please be aware that our kitchen handles common allergens such as: gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, seafood, and fish.
We cannot guarantee that any of our meals are completely free from trace amounts of these allergens.
If you or someone you are ordering for has a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing your order. Mafe Bento will not be held liable for any adverse reactions from the consumption of our food.

13. Can I request a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Please provide your company name and UEN when placing the order.

15. Can you prepare custom menus for birthdays or festive occasions?
Yes! We support themed menus for holidays, staff birthdays, exam care packs, Hari Raya, and more.
Optional add-ons: drinks, desserts, greeting cards, custom brand stickers.
16. Do you have kids’ meals or elderly-friendly options?
Yes. We offer age-appropriate portions, low-oil/salt meals suitable for kids, seniors, or those recovering from illness.
Please indicate any special dietary preferences when ordering.
17. What payment methods are accepted?
We support the following:
• PayNow / PayLah / QR code
• Bank transfer / UEN
• Corporate monthly billing (subject to approval)
18. How to become a long-term corporate client?
We welcome partnerships with companies, schools, hospitals, churches, and other institutions.
We offer:
